Top Line Furniture Terms and Policies
Items ordered, as described above, are manufactured and placed into storage for Top Line Furniture in the manufacturer’s warehouse. Since these are often out of state, in some but rare instances, up to four to six weeks or more may be required for the manufacturer to arrange for transportation of the merchandise to our location. Therefore, up to eight weeks or more may be required to obtain said merchandise once customer has indicated a desire to take possession.
Returns/Exchange
We will accept all returned furniture as long as returned within 7 days but, In consideration of the fact that our manufacturers will not accept any returned merchandise, unless properly boxed in their original boxes with original packing materials, a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be charged on all merchandise returned properly boxed if accepted by Top Line Furniture. As soon as we receive the goods back we will check to see that no parts are missing and then we will issue credit to your account. You must get a return authorization prior to shipping the goods back.
All furniture must be inspected at the time of delivery to ensure that it is not damaged or defective and if it is we will replace or repair at no cost to you.
Mattresses are not returnable once removed from plastic bag. Mattresses that have never been removed from original bag can be returned up to 7 days after date of delivery.
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport returned merchandise to the store. We can arrange a delivery service to pickup merchandise that needs to be returned or exchanged for an additional fee. If due to arrangements of your home it is difficult to maneuver a piece of furniture in narrow halls, doorways, stairwells, etc we cannot be responsible for damage to the furniture, floors, or walls. We cannot be held responsible if your order does not fit into your home. You cannot refuse or return your order for this reason.
